Shipping

ConeHead prides itself on the strongest shipping policy in the industry. We currently default to FedEx as our ship carrier for small parcel shipping, and will provide free small parcel shipping to all wholesale clients based on geography, minimum order, and order contents (flammables or special items may cost extra for all geographies, LTL shipment charges are handled on a per order basis).

Colorado (small parcel policy):

  • Most of the time FedEx and UPS will deliver to Colorado businesses next day with regular ground service.  If USPS is your only option, please advise when placing your order.

The rest of the "lower 48" [contiguous USA excluding Colorado] (small parcel policy):

  • Customers have the option of choosing which shipping service they would like.  Custom sized orders may qualify for free shipping if the customer meets certain order minimums.

Alaska and Hawaii (small parcel policy):

  • Customers will have the choice of shipping methods that best fit their desire.  There will be no free shipping options for this region.

Puerto Rico (small parcel policy):

  • Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to PR at this time.
  • We will default shipping to a method/carrier most cost effective for ConeHead and the customer, and will notify customer of delivery times and cost estimates. Currently we've found it generally to be most cost effective shipping USPS.

International (all shipments):

  • We will notify the customer upon receiving an international order as to what shipping options and delivery times are available, based on a variety of factors including the size of the order and global geography. ConeHead is not responsible for any tariffs, customs fees, or duties incurred.
  • For those clients who have a USA-based freight forwarder, we will use our domestic shipping policies to ship to your freight forwarder destination, and ConeHead's responsibility for the order ends upon delivery to your freight forwarder service.

"Stress Free" Returns Policy

  • We want you to feel confident shopping with ConeHead, and want you to be comfortable trying new things to test your market, so you can return pretty much anything at any time! As long as it's unused, undamaged, and unopened (applicable to any items with manufacturer packaging) we will take it back. If return shipping is necessary we'll pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you wish to return an item which isn't selling for you or for any reasons outside of a ConeHead error like breakage, defective item, etc., we will require you to pay the return shipping.
  • STORE CREDIT will be the default for all returns or exchanges where a balance is due to the client. ConeHead will elect, at it's sole discretion, to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis, but no refunds are guaranteed.
  • For any items needing to be returned or exchanged, we will issue a new invoice for the replacement item (if applicable) at full price, and will issue a credit for the returned item once the return is received and inspected by ConeHead.
  • There will be NO returns accepted for flammable items. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of ConeHead receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. 
  • If you need to return an item, please go to our live chat or email ConeHeadAccessories@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and details about the product(s) you would like to return. For any glass breakage please provide photos of the damage to speed up processing your request. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
